Try a different browser like is says. Like FireFox. (IE suck ***)

a 569 No data error means
1. your browser cannot read the information
2. the website you're browsing is not sharing that information
3. a program on the website is not sharing that information
4. the 569 No Data page is an automated page (on your drive) that is designed by Microsoft and comes with Internet explorer to help you / technicians understand whats going on (imagine getting a blank page). By specifying the error "569" it eliminates the thousands of other possibilities making technical advice very efficient
