The only 2 tracks that i am aware of are, Flowers in the rain by The Move & the afformentioned Flowers in the window by Travis. The only other song i think you can mean is simply called Flowers by a group called Sweet female Attitude which were made up of Leanne Brown & Catherine Cassidy. This was a cover of the song by the same name by Titiyo who was a swedish soloist. the original was released in 1990 & the cover was 2000. Hope that helps

either its a very obscure reference, or there is no such song with those words…
Maybe you mean something else in the attic or flowers in some other place
