Of those five, I would have to say Mussina. Yes he is getting up ther in age, but he still has good K stuff and does not need to rely on defense. Wang relies heavily on defense, doesn't strike guys out. Pettitte is going to have a tough time coming from the National league. Pavano can be tough if he can get back to 2004 form, but he has not played for almost 2 years. I have no clue as to what Igawa can do.

Wang, 20 wins, 3.00 ERA. Groundball after groundball, all day long... 230 innings, 50 Ks, 40 walks. Cy Young. I think Andy will also have a nice season, he is pumped up and will not let himself disappoint the Yankees crowd. Championship will be back with the Yankees after it's all over this year.

Definitely Wang. Mussina and Pettitte have seen their better days and are on the downside of their careers. Pavano is nothing but injury prone and Igawa is an unknown quantity who is yet to pitch in the U.S. major leagues and might need time to adjust to life here. Wang has the experience and has shown outstanding potential. I think he'll be a good pitcher for a long time.

You forgot to mention top-prospect Philip Hughes...that guy got the "stuff", the arm, plus all the intangibles to become the next great ace of the decade...Pettitte and Pavano are bound to get hurt sometime (They're only keeping his seat warm in the rotation anyway), so when this guy gets called up, watch out...he'll have his ups and downs like any rookie, but realize you're watching the next phenom

None. The yankees are a perfect example of why spending hundreds of millions of dollars can't guarentee a World Series Championship.
