I am both. I lead where I am strongest and can do the best for myself and others and I follow when the strength lies within another. A good leader had to once be a follower of another good leader.

It depends on the situation. If I don't know the subject as well, I can be a follower. But, general personality I'm a leader.

I'm both. I lead sometimes, but not always I'm not a dictator, who wants everyone to follow me. I'm a follower when I'm not a leader. I like just resting and following people.
