I think it means that you look like a blend of two races which makes you look hot. I happen to like exotic looking women. Heres an ex. a black woman with chinese eyes....its really different and she might look like shes from somewhere else an exotic place. thats all not to be offended. I think.

I agree with the person that said Extoic means you look mixed with certain different ethnics. For example, if your mixed with black, italian and somalian, people can tell your mixed so if they see you look good but they can tell your mixed, they'll say "Exotic"
