First of all my prediction is that Colts win 38-21.
So I believe it will be Peyton Manning as the MVP.
If the Bears win then it'll be a Defensive player or Devin Hester (I see big kick returns).
The most likely candidate for the "best player on the runner up team" would be a RB, either Jones,Benson or Addai.
