there is something on my T-mobile phone bill that is called "additional line", and it costs $9.99. it bugs my mom like crazy. please help.

Usually "additional line" means you're paying for a second phone line on the account. If your mom's account was only supposed to have one phone line on it, then she needs to call her service carrier and straighten it out with them, because she's paying for something she didn't order.

Like it says. Is there someone else in the family besides you that is using a phone with T-mobile. Did you add your mom to the account? That is the charge for the extra line. You may have put someone on your account so they can share with you. Also, if you did, you both are sharing minutes,so you have to watch your Minutes now. I think you probably will have it where if you call anyone with Tmobile the minutes do not count.

But if anything, call the Tmobile customer service.

that should mean that you got two phone on one bill, do you?if you do,thats a charge for second phone.....
