When someone dies and they were bad here on earth like let's say like a person who has killed someone does their spirit stay earth bound and can they haunt you? No I am not talking about me but I just always thought of why there are bad spirits. Isn't it because they were evil here on earth and their spirit is bound for hell?

i dunno where to start on this question.... i think if someone died like gettin shot sometimes they don't know that there dead because it happened so fast.... sometimes people wanna be traped here others have no choice because there loved ones didn't bury them ..... example someone cremates there love and leaves them in a box or in there sock draw.... its messed up i know and sad but i hopei ansewered your question good enough

Who knows? I take these things on a case by case basis. There is no hard and fast rule for hauntings. Some just have nothing better to do or are just plain too dumb to realize that they died. These screwballs need to be coralled and herded in the right direction like cattle sometimes.

I think the only spirits that stay earthbound are those that have unfinished business here on earth

i dont think everyone who had killed people, when they die they all turn to evil spirits...i've met a soldier...my grandma's house was built on top of the war field...the first night i slept there, he came to visit me and said he didnt want to do no harm, he came in peace. he even explained to me he was a soldier and he had killed many people but he need help because he couldnt go anywhere until he had washed away all his sins.

well i think hell is whenever you are trapped here on earth....and only someone like my dad can send them to a better place but no heaven...or they could be trapped because they never finished what they needed to do in this lifetime. or hell could be running laps around a fire pit...who knows.

no, people that have committed sins in the mortal plane do not remain in the mortal plane. UNLESS, they had unfinished business, such as having to tell someone something important, or something to that effect.
