it is a 2000 square foot roof
i need it to be reshingled with basic 3 tab shingles grey
there is 2 roofes on this house and the one roof is about 800 square feet which needs to be resheathed with ply wood.
how much would this cost?

20 squares, call the roffing supply in your area, & get #30 felt & nails, vents etc
get get an installer at the nearest homebuilding subdvision, wave cash in his face ( you should pay +/- $ 10 to 15 / square to remove old, & +/- $ 18 - 20.00 / square to put on new ones...
if overlay no take off!!!
also no rental dumptster!
Prices from houston area... if you're in the south, now would be a good time to install a radient barrier - ice house roof, also open your soffits, & put on 6 to 8 whirlibirds.

It's really hard to give you an answer because that is the type of job that has to be looked at. There are many variables, such as height, pitch, dormers, hip------Best to call at least 3 roofers in your area and get estimates
