auxilery it means you can start the car from a remot location but It will only work if your car is set up for it. If not sometime you can program the button to do something else like pop the trunk

aux auxilary meens extra in english so on a remote start aux would meen that this button can be used to power extra stuff like power trunk or interior light or might not be set up at all good luck

AUX on any device refers to auxiliary... sometimes translated as 'backup'... or 'alternate' port...

In relation to a remote car starter - I'd have to see the extension to determine its precise purpose.

No but I wish i did. Even thought it doesn't get to single digit temp's here in Cali we've had a cold streak of our own lately. I'd get up in the morning press the button to start the car then it would be nice and toasty by the time I got in it to go to work.

auxilury, dont know what it means for car rematote started, but for a stereo player, if u have an aux input, that means u can hook up a mp3 player in the input.
