I don't know about healing porn so I can't speak to that. My husband and I met when we were very young. We keep your sex life alive by experimenting and just being in tune with each other during the acts. We still finding new pleasures after 16 years of being married. Opening yourself up sexually doesn't necessarily mean being raunchy but sex should be fun! If it turns you or your husband on . . .

You don't have to use porn for ideas. Just check out a good book store. There are lots of good books about sex that are not pornographic. Have you ever heard of " The Joy of Sex"? A instructional book with ideas and suggestions without being dirty. Find a book like this, bookmark a few pages and then share with your husband and let him bookmark a few pages. It could be the start to a fun new relationship.

NO. You need to just look around online for things that sound interesting and fun to you. You have to maintain your boundaries and don't go past them, or not too far past anyway. One idea is swinging. Where you and your husband go to a site that offers the possibility of finding another couple like yourselves, who are in the same situation and meeting them and possibly engaging in sexual activity. This opens up all kinds of new ideas, even if you never actually meet anyone. It will give you an idea of what most people find acceptable and fulfilling. I would like to find a married woman who likes to receive oral. But instead, I find myself masturbating thinking about it.

Try some of the videos produced and directed by Nina Hartley...A porn diva who created "instructional" porn ...by a woman, For women! Everything from how to give great fellatio to masterbation, strip tease for your man, how to tell him what YOU want, etc. Also, I tried this with an ex-girlfriend a while ago... we went to a nudist resort where 85% of the membership were "swingers", and altho' it took my friend two days to get up the nerve to remove her panties and let it "all hang out", we got comfy and soon forgot about being nude and made some great friends, both socially and sexually. We got invited to a swap party on our third day there and I reassured my friend that I would not get jealous and that her body was her own property and that she should and could do whatever she was comfortable doing. Well, she was sitting between myself and another guy and we were observing the sexual antics of several other guests around us and soon thereafter my friend had her hand wrapped around me and as I glanced over, I saw she was doing the same thing with her other hand to the guy on her other side(no introductions needed) and within 1 hour we were on a giant round bed with maybe 12- 15 other writhing bodies licking and touching and prodding all sorts of flesh and then my one-time shy friend climbed into a "Chinese swing kind of gadget" hanging above the bed and proceeded to take me between her legs and this other guy in her mouth at the same time...she had several shattering orgasms and found out just how much she could "open up" her sexuality. After that long weekend, she really "flowered" and did all kinds of kinky things, like dressing up in sexy stockings and garterbelt get-ups, provocative evening dresses to go clubbing in, things that excentuated her best feature(her butt)like tight knit skirts, and even took to wearing dark red sexy lipstick and totally shaving her nether region! I'd say our weekend get-a-way was a success! For both of us!!!

There is porn made for couples. I guess it's not as raunchy as some of the othery crazy stuff out there. If you don't want to be seen buying porn, you can get it online. Or get some Richard Gere movies. He's a hottie, and he's got quite a few naked sex scenes under his belt!

I don't think that just watching a movie is going to change your personality. If your worried about how he will respond, just remember you'd be hard pressed to find a man that won't try anything sexually if you ask. Try whispering in his ear while being intimate telling him what you want him to do to you or what you want to do to him. You should be able to confide anything in your own husband. If you still feel awkward about starting the topic, a couple of drinks always helps loosen up!

Shoot for softer porn, that caters to women. Experiment with different types, to find what works for you, but not necessarily while "with" your husband, trying to be sexual...at least not at first. At this stage, you mainly want to expose yourself to some ideas, tricks, games or activities you may have never considered before, and allot of it along the way may appall you, or really turn you off. So you need to identify your proclivities before you attempt to practice them.

ok, try this, erotic porn- not nasty but sensory imagery porn. zazel- scent of love- by phillip mond- example. i have severe intimacy issues with men but with a woman it's fine. so i get you a little. try to get a book on the Kama sutra and read it, not just the pictures. senses are inportant as well and soon you will find what is erotic and sexy to you. foods, clothes, safe environments and touching and visual stimulation are soooo good for this.
