I have no idea what is going on with one of my comet goldfish, It's fins are clamped and it is not swimming as fast as it does compare to normal. (I just had water change yesterday and I think the water quality is not so bad ) Please tell me what to do. Thanks

Unless your water is waaayyy out of the proper parameters, doing another water change will probably only add to the stress. Guessing that the water quality is okay isn't enough when you have sick fish. Get some test strips or drops, and see how they compare to what water should be for a goldfish, which is 0 ppm ammonia, 0 ppm nitrites and 40 ppm nitrates. If clamped fins are all the fish has right now, you are lucky and have caught the sickness early. What it is is hard to tell as clamped fins can be a symptom of several diseases. Because you don't know what disease the fish may have, randomly choosing a chemical treatment may not solve the problem if the treatment you chose does not treat the disease the fish has. And as it seems you may have caught this early, a salt treatment is very effective and may be all you need. You should add a scant 1 tsp per 1 gallon of water. Do not use table salt, and do not overdo the salt. It is best to under-measure the salt as too much salt can kill also. Do not use salt and chemical treatments at the same time. Only one or the other. If you can remove your filter, you should do so as salt or chemical treatment will kill the beneficial bacteria that is living in it. If you can't, you will need to re-introduce some bacteria, called Bio-Spira, after the treatment is over.

clamped fins are a early sign of a sick fish -- unfortunately if that is all you have to go on its not much. maybe put some melafix in the water or some vitamins.

Stress or an internal infection of sorts. Test your water to see that there are no toxins and treat with a general antibiotic like maracyn to assure good health. Maybe add some aquarium salt too.
