Public Safety includes the stuff like "What to do if a roof blows off a Mall" and. . .
What to do if a chemical spill happens on the freeway
What to do if a gas (natural) line leaks and people need to be evacuated.
How to shore up flooded areas.
Natural disaster evacuation
Poisoning in a restaurant
Electricity failure in a city and hospitals need to move patients
ANYthing that involves the public and the safety that the local and government officials (using OUR tax dollars mind you) are taught to do.
