I know everyone is just going to say ask my doctor, but im just seeing what everyone else's opinion is. did you used tylenol cold when pregnant during the second trimester??? I am almost positive the list of things I can take had it on there, but I can't find it anywhere. please don't tell me to ask a doctor, I already know that.

Yup I took it as needed the whole time I was preggo with both of my kids and had no adverse effects to either one. And I can almost guarantee that it was on the list cause it was on both of mine.

I am pretty sure that as long as you don't have blood pressure problems that it is okay. I looked it up on the list the hospital gave me and it says for colds Tylenol, Sudafed, Saline Nose Spray and Robitussin (no alcohol) and these are okay as long as you are more than 12 weeks

My doctor said tylenol cold is fine. I haven't used it, just the regular sudafed, but they said it's safe.

Obviously if you're on any other medications ask the doc to see if there could be interactions though.

Tylenol cold is okay, especially since you are out of the first trimester.

My pharmasists says anything tylonol is fair game and safe during any stage of pregnancy.... Just dont take more than recomended... I personnaly took something called "simply sleep" by tylonon in place of the ambian my doc perscribed(did the trick, less side affects) and tylonon cold has been a life saver... Hope it helped.
