Looking to see if this is normal and/or if others had similar experiences. I am in the 35th week of pregnancy and am experiencing a lot of tenderness and pain in my groin, sort of where my legs join up. It feels like I've been horseback riding or on a bicycle with a hard seat for way too long. Normal?

It almost feels as though I strained it, but I haven't been doing anything to injure it. It's been there for a week or two in small doses, but now starting to get more intense.

Totally normal. While he/she may not be anywhere near ready to make an entrance the baby still has to start setting up for the big show and you have reached the point when it's time to start. So over the next 2 to 5 weeks you will start feeling more tender as the baby moves lower and lower. Some days it hurt to walk, but like was previously said after the baby is born it went away.

sure this occurs while the youngsters head engages into the pelvis, it is somewhat painful, yet very generic. I felt it helped as quickly as I rolled my pelvis at the same time as sitting on a birthing ball, i spent some evenings on it the final time i grew to become into pregnant! Dont sense crappy think of roughly it in a favorable way - it is what you have been waiting all this time for, yet those pains dont inevitably recommend that the newborn is coming early, as i say its only the strain because it lys low down - solid success with each little thing and save your head up, its all thrilling stuff!!!!!!!!

i'm due on march 10th and have been having the exact pain you are talking about i have stopped my daily cardio routine because i think taking care of a 1 year old 2 year old and doing an hour of running plus 3 flights of stairs in my house were just to much on me so try not to overdue it and see what happens

Totally normal. Mine was so bad some nights that I would cry. I couldn't roll over in bed unless I locked my legs together first. On the bright side--the moment I gave birth it went away.

I don't think it is abnormal. Your body is widening and maybe you are feeling the effects of that. Could you have done something that pulled a muscle? If it doesn't get better in a day or two call the dr.

This is caused from all the pressure on the area. Make sure you report it to your doctor though. If you have low belly pain or pressure, call your doctor immediately.
