Well Sweetheart (said with sneering condescension),
You are probably safe from pregnancy, but you are not safe from venereal disease.

Why would you have unprotected sex before marriage? Are you really willing to start dating after this bf cheats on you and gives you a lifelong case of herpes? Don't say it doesn't happen, 'cause it does.

Keep a glove on the love until there's a wedding band on your finger. And stay on the pill until you're ready for kids. And learn more about how the pill works so that you are the one who can tell us whether 3 months on the pill is enough.

i got pregnant on the pill, so no it isn't 100% effective unforunately (altho i am happy because i love my lil ones more than anything!!!!). but i would say don't worry unless you are late. i was on the pill from the time i was 15 and didn't get pregnant till i was 21. so just calm down and take it as it comes. stress has been known to cause you to be late as well, so if you are stressing about this it could be a few days late. i would still use a condom, that protects you from STD's too. (I have always been TERRIFIED about that, considering the stats of how many people have something. even if you do trust him).

I got pregnant on the pill so its not 100%. Its never OK to go without a condom unless you are trying to have a baby. Just keep taking your pill and watch your next period..if its short or lighter than normal you need to take A HPT. Good Luck next time Use more protection than just the pill.

The tablet is ninety 9% valuable. That appears like plenty yet having a baby is a huge deal and isn't any longer truly worth the prospect. only use a condom for now on, and also you're probable no longer pregnant. yet I have a chum that were given pregnant even as on the tablet, so be careful.

You won't get pregnant as long as you are taking your pill at the same time every day. The chances of getting pregnant on the pill are around 8% (due to human error). You should use condoms to prevent STD's as well. If you are on Ortho Tri Cyclen you should switch pills as this particular kind has the highest failure rate (according to my OB/GYN.)

The pill should be enough as far as for not getting pregnant, since they are more effective than condoms anyway, as long as you are taking them correctly. But remember, pills don't protect against STD's, so if you don't know if your boyfriend is safe or not, you should probably continue to use condoms.

If you have been taking the pill the correct way (every day, same time of day) then you should be fine. Although it is usually a good idea of have spermicide as well, just in case. That is not necessary though..

Most people the pill is enough
Some people still can get pregnant on the pill
If I did not want to get pregnant this is what I would do
Pill
Condom every time
Spermicide

I think there is a pill called Morning After or something...(not sure not a medical professional) and you should take that, that morning right after you had sex.
