Only in the song Bobby McGhee. Freedom means different things to different people. To Conservatives Freedom means a small unintrusive government that allows each person to acheive success based on their abilities. To Liberals it means the right to say anything no matter how insanely stupid it may sound. To me a Patriot, a conservative with a social conscience it means both.

there are different types of freedom and it depends on which you are talking about. if you are talking about freedom meaning that one has lost everything that they own so they nothing left to lose then no. if you are talking about freedom meaning that someone has nothing left to lose by leaving a situation that is harmful to them, therefore setting them free. then yes.

Freedom is another word for your Rights, and that is something people and soldiers have fought and died for hundreds of years.

No. But if people are going to tell you to get the quote correct, they should be correct in saying who you are quoting. Kris Kristofferson wrote the song " Me and Bobbie McGee"

Janis was singing about running away with her boyfriend or something. It's got nothing to do with government.
