I need an example of stereotyping against blondes in a television series, newspaper, magazine, etc., but it has to do with the media.

Suzanne Summers on Three's Company was a classic one. Phoebe on Friends is a more current example. Gloria on All in the Family was sometimes portrayed that way.

The short lived show Stacks w Pamela Anderson was built around the "dumb blonde" stereotype.

The television news coverage of Anna Nicole Smith is because of public fascination w dumb blondes (dumb like a fox).

Dont like it dye your hair brown thats why ppl dont like dumb blondes (note that i said DUMB, so if ur not a dumb blonde this does not apply to you) Most dumb blondes spend there days complaining on why people dont like them instead of dying there hair brown.. it will solve all your problems and no one will call you out on your dumbness.. well not as much. If i were you i would use it as an excuse though so just say "Its cause im blonde" and walk awak skipping happily or something lol.. or then run into a pole and say oops wow im such a blonde haha and flirt with the next guy u see lmao!' you could use it to your advantage if only you were smart enough to know how... Most smart people dye there hair blonde and use the whole dumb blonde thing to there advantage.. one of my best friends did that and if i were white i would do that too haha blondes are super pretty most of the time anyways everyone knows that.

The news media loves blonds lots of smart ones on TV. In TV shows they always portray blonds as dumb. Gracie Allen back in the 50s, Suzanne Summers, Loni Anderson. Florence Henderson , Morgan Fairchild all played dumb blonds on TV. Funny thing is that they are or were very smart women and business women.

Three blond are out for a walk in the country. The first blonds says "Look deer tracks". The second blond says "NO, those are antelope tracks". Then the third blond says " No, those are Mooo", then BAMM!! The train hits them. Get it? The train hits them? They were standing on railroad tracks. I felt I had to explain it for the blonds reading this. Just kidding, my doctor is a blond woman and I wouldn't go to her if I thought she was dumb.
