I would say that life is not a big illusion but most of us live in a state of illusion. As long as it's an illusion, it doesn't matter how we live. In a illusive state nothing is real or it's not what it appears to be so there are no real consequences per say.

Let me add that our problems start when you are awaken from that state and start seeing things in their real form. It was OK to climb up holding a snake as a rope or cross a river on a corpse but the moment we are out of the illusion or the delusion it's impossible to go back to the state your are referring to.

To me it doesn't matter. Seriously my 'illusioned' life is still going all the same, I still make choices which affect other people, and other people's choices affect me. It's not really different other then the fact that you know it's an illusion... If it is an illusion.

because if it is an illusion it's what we have right now and as of right now i still have my mum, my girl and my grandmother when they disappear is when i'll worry about it, what this just breaks down to is what's happening now it's all any of us have i can only effect what's coming to a degree so right now is all i can afford to care about

Because if it is an illusion, you gain nor lose anything. If it is, friggin' unplug me already!
