I have the usb and the drivers but when i plug my phone into the computer all it does is charge it!! i can't figure out what to do! HELP!!!

download bitpim(www.bitpim.org) and once you get the program connected to the phone you should be able to transfer files(program is free)

okay well honestly it may depend on what cell phone company u have, if u have t-mobile or cingular, u will not even need to install the driver when u plug the usb up, u can go to my computer and u should see your divice there u can just drag music into the folder that is appropiate. if u have verizon or sprint they do not allow you to install your own things like music or video. but my computer will definately help

when youve plugged it in you should be able to go to my computer and in the usb selections it should say moto or motorola razr. double click on it and it will give you the option of adding files.
