In cali, most of the guys follow the rap/hip-hop trend. you know the long white t-shirts, baggy pants, stunner shades, big hats.
ill admit i used to dress like that and i figured out that it actually looks pretty stupid. lately ive been dressing more GQ'ish i guess. more like guys would dress in Paris on a cold day.
i was wondering, do girls fall for guys that wear those long white t-shirts or do they fall more for the GQ type of guy. because lately it seems that girls want the wannabe rapper guys.

I definetly fall for the GQish kind of guys cuz that shows that the person has a lil respect for himself. Unlike those rapper guys. Cuz it looks so...it looks like ur poor and all u can afford is crap and just wanna look like crap. So DEFINETLY GQish style.

I'm not sure what you mean by the Paris look, but to answer your question I am more attracted to other styles more than the "rapper style". I am attracted to guys that dress well (all you have to do is wear a golf shirt with nice jeans THAT fit...meaning not too tight and not too baggy). Preppy looks such as sweaters and button-up tops are nice too. However, whatever you feel the most comfortable in will be much better than ending up looking and feeling like a poser. In the end the personality rules over the dress. As long as you are well groomed and kept this will give you extra points. If you can make the "rapper" look nice and well kept then it might not matter. Like other people said, depends on the girl.

I think it depends on what type of girl your out to impress. Some girls are intimidated by a guy that dresses better than her. I like guys that dress with a mix of hip-hop and preppy just as long as your clothes are clean and your kicks are matching.

Im from California but now stay in Georgia..
Im more into the Preppy look eg: the collar shirts and jeans.. I love the Pharrel, Kanye West look.. But it all depends on the girl and her mentality..

You should dress the way you think you look the best in and which ever style you feel the most comfortable in! So it is your oppinion, and us girls have to just respect the fact that some people dress the way they feel!

it all depends on the girl. I used to fall for them but then i started to like preppy then it changed again i guess it has to deal with the person.

i dont think that all girls fall for the gangsta type guys its just a few of them besides ive been in the urban city and im kind of tired of those guys
