We are thinking on me moving in with him but im on ODSP and i work ( YES i claim my earnings ) but he also works he works for the city so he makes good money Will i have to claim both our incomes ? and will i still have benifits if we move in together

is that some sort of disability program? If you just live with him and you are not married, i'm sure you can still get disability insurance. You are just cohabitants just as if you had a roommate that you did not know. I'm sure it has no affect on insurance.

If you are not married, you must file single. As far as bennies, not sure what ODSP is. It might be called something else in Va. I would hazard a guess that as long as you are single, you can get ODSP. Just a guess.
