Both. Enjoy both. Both have their good stuff and bad.
As a teen, I loved the wonder, the freedom, the new experiences, the athleticism of my body, and the learning. I didn't like the angst of love and boys, the strictness of my parents, the racial and gender-directed slurs, and the hormones that raged.
As an adult, I love the responsibility, the seriousness of the world, the work, the conversation about important issues, watching life go by, and the wisdom. I hate the getting old part, slowing down, aches and pains, forgetfulness, looming retirement without enough money(?), and those last few difficult pounds to shed.
All in all, I'm enjoying the ups and downs of each age I'm privileged to experience. I know people who didn't have the opportunity.
Revel in all of life, at whatever stage you're in.

Life as an adult, As a teen, I was miss obedient, keeping my radical thoughts to myself...much to the detriment of my Self...as an adult I'm learning to live in my own integrity. I like it much better.

i love my teen years maybe being 16-20 i'm 18 so i have some more years to be a teen

Adult...life is hell as a teen
your stuck in this limbo of inbetween adult world a little kid.
parents can still not like what you do but hell you do what you want
the "popular" kids doesnt really matter anymore no one cares...what have you done is what matters
men are still confusing but I dont think that will every change

I wouldn't go back to my teen years for anything in the world. To be truthful, I wish I would have missed that phase in my life. It was totally miserable and the people around me weren't any help.

Well I'm 20, and I have to say life has vastly improved for me in the past year, being a teenager sucked *ss.

Teen! When you are a teen, you have way more freedom, way fewer responsibilities, and it is not frowned upon for you to have sex with other teens.
