www.imdb.com on the main page there's a box with the word "search" written in black, click on the word and you will be taken to a page where you can search by quotes (just scroll down a little bit)

If you know who the stars are, that are in it or who it is that says the line that you remember, type their name into google and ask for all the movies that this person has been in.

As previously suggested, imdb.com is a great place to try. For variation, though, you could do a search on google for that line and you might come up with what you want.
