Allright, I'm being really flippant. There are many reasons why women may be unwilling to have sex besides the one above. For one thing, there is the double standard in our culture. Society teaches girls that they are supposed to limit their number of sexual partners, while at the same time being an object of sex appeal (essentially women are supposed to use sex as a tool to "get" a man, not enjoy sex for its own sake).

I think this is a stereotype that needs to stop. All the girls I personally know enjoy sex and openly admit it too! I think society has pushed girls to be modest, and that needs to stop. When girls do admit they like sex, people assume they are a derrogatory name that I am not going to write here.

for a girl to be really turned on it can take a bit longer than for a guy, guys can get aroused much more easily than females , females require time and lots of stimulation to reach the climax unlike men men can reach their climax in much less time , That's why although of females may fake it. Big overgeneralization. Many women like sex. Women have their own sexual agency, and can freely choose who they want to sleep with (in North America. Many women in other countries don't have the freedom of choice). And they definitely like it.

True, women are socialized to be more 'emotional', and taught to distance themselves from their own sexual pleasure, but it doesn't mean they don't like having sex. It should be when they want to, and on their terms as well as their partner's. And if it isn't, they shouldn't have sex. But when you get older you will see that sex is so much more than a "gotta get mine" When your a young pretty female you get alot of unwanted attention from boys and it's usually in a sexual manner.
