My Walkman Phone?

My Sony Ericsson Walkman W550i keeps on freezing and locking up when I switch it on into Phone mode. Why does it do this and how can I fix it?

Its possibly a software/firmware issue. You may need a software upgrade. What you need to do is if you can back up your data then goto the sony ericsson website select the model and follow the instructions on the screen. You will need your usb cable as well.

no idea but i think the best thing to do is take it to the repair shop or where you bought it from and they might fix it for free.
