I have been trying to log on since yesterday, I can't get on. Is there a way of contacting Tom or my space technical support so that they are aware of the problem? Usually when there is a problem with my space it is fixed within hours, but something as big as logging on should be fixed quickly.

There is no point because he is more than likely aware of the problems
Bloody hell if you all act like this after one day of no Myspace just wait into new laws come in soon that mean only 18 year old and above can use Myspace. The world will lose half it's population at this rate.
Myspace is for the socially impaired teenagers.
Do not panic.
Depending on your geographical location you may be affected by on going updates to a Myspace server. The server went down yesterday (about 24 hours ago) and has not been fixed yet.
Just wait a fews hours for the problem to be fixed or log on tomorrow.

Honestly, I'm not sure how to contact tech support right now as even the tech support page wont load up. Are you have problems with the myspace homepage even showing up? For the past two days I've been getting nothing but "Page cannot be displayed" I imagine there's some kind of error that they're trying to fix right now. Best thing to do probably is to wait it out. Take the time to do other things you could be doing, i.e go for a walk, etc etc... It'll be back up and running before we know it.

You do realize Tom doesn't sit at his computer all day and troubleshoot all the problems you're having on MySpace right? I'm sure he has better things to do, not to mention an entire staff of computer and network engineers to fix any problems that may occur.

The site is not down
Go to tools > internet options > and then click 'delete files' to clear your temp internet files. Also, clear the browsing history and that should make the site work!!!
