I was wondering if it was still possible to become pregnant if I had a really bad stomach flu and lost a lot of nutrients after having sex with my husband on one of my ovulation days.

I wouldn't see why not. I have heard of women with all kinds of diseases and illnesses getting pregnant. Good Luck??
