Aint so much a virus problem as it is a misleading advertisement! You fill out a ton of pages and in the end you find you have to buy a product to be eligible and then the chances that you will get anything free are remote!

Don't click
it's a waste of time
and in order to fulfill the requirements you have to sign up for offers (like home schooling, Columbia music service, mortgage rate requests and many more then get 5 friends to do the same
It would be easier to shoplift the item from Best-Buy (not recommended either)

Those are all scams, at least from my experience. They offer some really prizes. Once you click on it, you will then have to sign up for 5 of their other promtions then 3 more or so. A couple of them you'll have to pay for. I lost patientice with them and no longer trust them.

No
Treat all adverts as fake. If it seems to be to good to be true it most likely is.
Many will flood you with adware and spyware and keylogging programmes.
Some go on for ever with surveys to fill in and really hard task to complete in a short space of time. To win anything you need to give up a lot of personal information.

Don't try it. I have tried so many different ones. They just want your email to spam you. Also, you end up paying for everything they are "sending you". Don't waste your time filling ANY Thing out. Nothing is free online.

Well, I agree the prize is tempting, but they never give it to you for free. They'll ask for your credit card number or something. And then there's the classic "Free for the low price of $100." Or they'll ask to subscribe you for something or ask you to take this survey or...well, you get the picture.
