You are doing the right thing. Probably over doing! You are thirteen and the hormones your body would use to help you get a "six pack" are going into to making changes in your body. In a couple of years (or less) those "male" hormones will help to make "macho" type muscles. For now. put the crunches on the back burner or, at least, cut down. Find some activities you enjoy. Swimming, biking, skate boarding, or tae quando, and sports: your favorite!! or try some you have not tried before. You are a little underweight. Try not to gain the weight too quickly make sure you are getting plenty of protein (meat -- beans --nuts) and calcium ( milk cheese ice cream.) You can eat/drink the full fat kind for now. Be sure to get some healthy fat ( fish, avocados, nuts or pea nuts)

NO. You are not skinny. Actually, you are in good shape. But dont' lose any of it. If you feel comfortable gaining a bit weight, you can put on until 120 lb. But no more than that. If you want to keep curreent weight, it's fine, too. Now, you are just a 13 year old girl. when you grow older, you wil gain more weight. So don't worry. Enjoy your beauty and food.

NO!!! You aren't too small at all. Your body is going to undergo many changes over the next 3-5 years, so don't base anything on your appearance now... the end product probably will bear little resemblance to what you look like now (good, bad, or indifferent). Your size is near normal, according to all the coaching and nutrition materials I have ever read.

No that is not too skinny at all!! That's a normal weight I'm 13 and I'm about 5'3 or 5'4 and i only weigh 80 and i know I'm underweight and I'm not anorexic i am actually trying to gain weight lol so u are a normal size don't worry about it!!!

You are a little on the thin side, however you are still young and still developing. You will probably start filling out within the next year or two. If not, as long as you are happy with yourself and you don't drop to less than 105lbs. you should be ok for your height.

PUH-SHA you are normal. i weigh 81 pounds and i am like 5'1 and i am 13 too. no i am not sick i guess being skinny just runs in the family.i eat trust me i can eat a lot sometimes.
