it's got to be KEVIN DURANT. 6-9 with his rebounding skills, range, and intensity. that texas team should have been a bubble team at best this year, but Durant has single handedly won like half of their games for them. in the big 12 conference games, texas is 6-2 thru feb. 3rd and durant is averaging 33.1 points and 13.7 rebounds per game in those eight games. amazing because he is the focal point of that offense, the opposing team is trying to shut him down and he is still producing. he reminds me a little of dirk nowitzki, i know that is a huge comparison, but durant is amazing.

I think that Odom still has to work on his defense. My guess is that he'll stay at OSU for another year. Then you have Kevin Durant and Joakim Noah from Texas & Florida.
My best estimate is that Durant will be #1 (or #2 if Odom comes out) and then Noah. However I believe Noah will be the better all-around player eventually.

Oden, Durant has a little advantage right now, but people need to remember Oden is playing wiht his left hand because NBA scouts will love that. He is right handed so he is going to be able to work with both hands. Plus his defensive presence in the lane is uncomparable.

Greg Oden will come out and he'll be number 1. He's the most sort after 1 since Yao Ming.

both durant and oden should be studs at the next level, but a great true center is more beneficial to a team then a scoring machine. anyone would be lucky to have either guy.
p.s. whoever said oden needs to work on his defense really needs to actually watch the man play...defense is his best quality

Hands down Greg Oden from OSU. Kevin Durant will be a close second, but he struggles with physical defenders.

If Greg Oden comes out, it will be him, but if not my money is on Kevin Durant from Texas.. Can you imagine if LaMarcus Aldrige was still at Texas, what a combination...
