I used to have days like that, and then I matured and realized how much the people in my life love and respect me.

I imagine the same is true for you, but you may not realize it.

Sometimes

But then i think of all i have and that there are truly millions of people that would kill for what i have - particularly in the third world.

Or, I take my dog for a walk in the countryside and laugh at him being so excited at all the different smells and other creatures he chases.

And sometimes I go for a drive or do some work on the house or go see a friend or just go out for a drink or 10!!!

If you want to talk my email is

Really, it's never, ever that bad.

Take care,

Kristy.
I can't think of anybody I know that doesn't have one person that wouldn't be crushed if someone disappeared. But, I understand what you are saying. Everyone has their own lives. Why don't YOU initiate conversation of getting together with someone?
You'll make someone feel good that you are making efforts to see/talk with them.

I think everyone feels that way. Don't spend your life in self pity or you'll end up like one of my kooky friends. If you feel nobody is treating you the way you should, it could be you are putting the focus all on you. Get out and be nice to people, help them and stop thinking of yourself.
Of course I don't know you at all, and I bet you're very nice. This is advice to people in general, not specifically you. Cheer up!

Well I think my son might notice I'm not here or my husband might notice the washing building up! Plus my friends would notice the noise level had reduced. People care more that you think, they just don't realise that they need to tell you how much you mean or how much they need you in their lives!

Do you feel like that? I can assure you, people will care. Every person adds something to a life, even if you don't know it, or are aware of it, you matter, and you are important.

At times, yes I do. But, then I think, if that was the case, I am not surrounding myself around people who care.

OBVIOUSLY ONLY A REALLY PATHETIC PERSON WITH NO LIFE TO BEGIN WITH AND ABSOLUTELY NO FRIENDS WOULD BE THE ONLY ONE TO ASK A QUESTION LIKE THAT.

MOST TIMES IT IS BETTER IF THOSE KIND OF PEOPLE DISAPPEAR AS THEN THEY ARE NOT BURDENSOME TO THOSE WITH FULL AND PRODUCTIVE LIVES

HOPE THIS HELPS!!
