rinse them in your bathtub with clean fresh water...hang your wetsuit inside/out to dry better and quicker....turn your booties upside down to drain them properly....DO NOT dry in the sunshine or the dryer, please...these methods will ruin both items

Definately not in the dryer.
if theye are starting to smell I have a large tub that I half fill with water, put in sunlight soap, rinse for a few minutes throw some weights on and let soak for a half hour then hang to dry in the shade or inside my garage.

Do NOT put it in the dryer.
I'm a scuba diver, and after each dive simply rinse in cold water and hang up to dry. Then, after each trip, I put the wet gear in the shower with me, and use LOTS of shampoo and warm water. Rinse well and hang to dry.
