I'm thinking of selling some of my Black&White photographs at a weekend town fair and wanted to get your opinion.

Would you buy B&W landscape photography for these prices:
8x10 $5.00 each
24x36 $9.00 each

They will be framed for display, but will be sold without frames.
Would you buy one of these if you were at fair/festival thingy, and if so, what would influence you to purchase one?
Thanks 4 your feedback.

i don't know where you live but around here(chicago area) thats cheap. provided it was a photo of something different , maybe slightly abstract i would consider buying. a lot depends on subject matter. you could maybe offer some framed stuff as well. good luck at the sale.

Of course, the subject of the photograph is the biggest factor. For the right photo, price is not even a factor. Composition, artistic value, all the photographic factors one usually considers.

i'm not too much of a landscape person, but i like original art - beautiful and breathtaking because it is something extraordinarily ordinary which is being pictured in a less than ordinary light. i needs to be special, and make me feel a certain way in order to purchase it. however, you're not asking too much for your pictures, so i'm inclined to say that i would perhaps just buy your pictures as something pretty to look at - even if didn't love them - for that price

good luck!

I think those are good prices. I am always on the lookout when I go different places for additions to my home. If the photos fit the decor, I would purchase one or more.

The cost is v reasonable to me....and if the photo touches me in some way, I would surely buy it. All the best!
