Are you sure the amount you paid was for December and January?
or was it for November and December...

BTW have you noticed it is now February?

Call your email service provider on the telephone
and discuss your account standing with THEM.
Only THEY know why they blocked you.

did you realize that you you might be on a monthly pay plan
and this is 2 months later
or if you are on a yearly plan then contact your provider

We don't know what your ISP is. We don't know what the terms of service are. We also do not know what you are paying a month. Be more specific, please.
