Advice on Cartier watch purchase?

Hi,

Im new here and would like your opinion on my watch purchase.

Im a young guy who has a very good job (work at big four accounting firm) and will get married in a year and a half. I've always wanted a Cartier watch and I'm decided to buy it for the following reasons:
1- I can afford it (No car debt or other debt, plus I have enough money saved up for rainy days + getting married)
2- I want to reward myself for getting my CPA license.
3- I can afford it right now and maybe when i get married and have children, i wont. I want to reward myself right now for working hard.
4- I like collecting watches. Plus I know I will use it for a LOT of years.

I would like your opinions on which of the two models to buy (money is not a factor):

1- This one I like more. I can also buy (and would) the metal strap and exchange it when i like.

Which do you guys like more (Please dont make any other brand recommendations).

You should definitely go for the Tank. Since you're a CPA, you're going to need to dress well and exude a certain appearance. While the chrono is nice, it is a sportier watch and should not be your primary one. If you build your collection and would like a nice sporty one, that would be a great addition. However, since you seem to want just one nice watch to be a staple peice, you're going to want something that you can dress up and down and that'll last through all the changing styles.
