What could these symptoms possibly be? (2 days of spotting in december, no period in january, extreme nausea, fatigue, headaches, moodswings, and body aches.)

What you describe can be fairly classic signs of pregnancy, but can also be caused by severe stress.
I've read your other posts and I would suggest you look in the phone book under "Abortion Alternatives". You will find places like Crisis Pregnancy Centers that are there to help you, and are against abortion. They might be called Pregnancy Resource centers, but you definitely want one that will support you and give you guidance in how to work with your parents, and if you are pregnant, the baby's father.
They will do a free pregnancy test for you, listen to you, and give you advice. Plus they will be a good source of support and do what they can to help you.
Forgot to mention that they deal with pregnant teens all the time, and I'm sure many are pregnant by young men in their 20's.

Sounds like you're pregnant to me. If you never skip periods then that is probably your strongest evidence, but the rest of your symptoms definately suggest pregnancy as well. I would go to the drugstore and get an early pregnancy test. Good Luck!

definitely sounds like pregnancy is a possibility. get an at home pregnancy test (it's been long enough and would show a definite positive if you are), and if not, talk to your doctor. if you aren't pregnant, you need to find out what is wrong.

Well l can bet my bottom dollar you are pregnant. are you feeling dizzy at all and are you vomitting? lf you are then you just might be pregnant. better make a trip to the Doctor`s office.

Take a test, you'll never know unless you do, also if it doesn't come back with positive results, i would talk to the doc. about it!
