A Guy from bulgaria wants to buy a game from my ebay but he says he only has a credit card and no paypal account. This seems like to much effort but the guy is pretty funny. He wanted to buy star wars: jedi battles and with his broken english said. "please let me buy the game, your my only hope"

Hi! I am from Bulgaria. PayPal does not work with Bulgaria. Yet. This will change very soon as we are already a member of the European Union. We use all types of credit cards in Bulgaria. And don't be so afraid of frauds. If you want to be on the save side - wait until you receive the payment and then send the game.

i wouldn't.

bulgaria is a pretty bad place for credit card fraud.

at the very least you will want to verify his credit card.

this is pretty easy to do. if it's a visa or mastercard, the first six digits identify the issuing bank. the bank can only answer basic questions - but if you ask them if this person owning this card is from bulgaria or not they will say yes or no.

have him use western union...

Give the guy a chance and let him buy it. Just make sure the payment has gone through before you ship the item.
