There is no question Sheva is one of the best strikers in the world and thats why Abramovich wanted him so badly. However, I think that a lot of Chelsea' s internal problems stems from difficulties in management. At most clubs, its pretty much under the jurisdiction of the manager to select players; owners play a much more minor role. However, at Chelsea, you have Mourinho, Roman and the board selecting players. There is bound to be conflict. In this case, I dont believe Mourinho wanted Sheva and it was Roman's signing. This has led to some internal problems that were seeing forment this year. And yes Sheva has scored 3 goals in the last 4 matches which may indicate hes completely adapted to the English game. I think we need to see over the next couple of months on whether he has truly adapted. I hope for his return to his AC Milan form.

Well yeah u can see that he is trying very hard to impress and to score, i reckon he needs some more time to get back to the Sheva that we know, but Mourinho is impressed with him and he played as a first-team player in Chelsea's last 4 matches, and he has scored 3 goals in those 4 last matches of his! so yes he is starting to find his feet, u can see that he is starting to adapt and understand the english way of playing!
