Interesting question. Life is indeed like Star Wars in some respects through the Light and Dark Side. The Light side is all the proactive choices we made in life, the belief in practicing synchronizing, the practice of playing Win-Win, and the belief in healthy competition. For instance, when playing sports, one on the "light side", believes in teamwork, fair play, and good sportsmanship.
The Dark side is characterized by an overinflated pride, jealously, Win-Lose, and winning at any price. In sports, followers of the "dark side" value winning over everything else, including relationships. They believe there is only one winner, and they will do anything to reach the top. If they lose, they tend to get jealous of the winner and will do everything they can to destroy their newfound nemesis. This, in a nutshell, is how life is like Star Wars.

Sometimes the good guys are Wookies...
DNA testing can answer a lot of questions...
It is always us against them, but which side is the good guys and which side is the bad guys can be blurred after you have more information. Some people though are just evil.
Everyone needs to listen to "the Force."
Beauty is power but only when you are young and for a short time.
Sometimes there is no happy ending, just another prequel to another generation's story.

Star wars represents a future civilsation, which through time and years of technolgical advatanges show us that mankind only real saviour is ourselves.
The goverment is still corrupt slow and burecatic, the people some living on the edge of civilsation live by any means to survive.
The good people in the film, the repbulic army are a small army fighting against the neverending force of the repbulic. THey fight against all odds and risk everthing only because it is right, so even the noblest of individuals are still persucted.

Everyone else seems to think it's really interesting and important but it just seems to me to be a tedious spectacle with no real content.
