I don't know how you look so I can't comment on the looks issue.
However, the proof that you indeed do act like the president is in the fact that you are not sure if the statement was an insult or a compliment in the first place.

If he is a Republican, it's a compliment. Otherwise it's an insult. I think it's bad though. Bush is not fondly loved and if he is, they are usually in the closet kind of people. He has a 30% approval rating. You must be acting dumb and a girl tht looks like Bush is not good.

Well, you are a girl and why would it be okay for anyone to say you looked like a man? It isn't. The issue isn't what man it is. I'm sure you are pretty but I would rethink the friendship of the person who said that.
