i dont think men are monogamous by nature, sexually speaking. For us it is so easy to have sex, you just have to take it out and pum pum pum and it is over. I have always thought that we give too much importance to sex. If you love your "significant other" (i have read this expression in here and i think is funny and a bit absurd) sex shouldnt be an issue, i mean, allowing sex relationships outside the couple can help avoiding rutine. But it takes two strong and mature minds. Unfortunately our society is too much prejudiced, failed in everything sex related and quite inmature

Men are pigs regardless of sexuality. Just look at "Reverend" Ted Haggard. Wife, kids, and stud boyfriend in the closet. How about "Reverend" Jimmy Swaggart? Wife, kids, and a sleazy female prostitute on the side.

definitely social conditioning - and even that doesn't always work. i do believe that naturally it makes sense that men want to stray. men are able to have healthy children for many many years with many many women - they naturally should want to stray. this isn't to say that if my husband decides to go sleeping around I'm going to say "oh honey! it's OK! i understand" but i do believe that it is social conditioning that men are the way that they are today
