Well as he can choose precisely when in time and where to find them with their pants down so to speak, i'm sure he'd be just fine. Besides someone might notice an alien roaming a south london council estate where Dr Who always ends up. hmmmm then again.........

If he can engage either of them in clever, witty, back and forth banter..he'll wear them out and destroy them, otherwise he'll just have to use a sonic screwdriver on them...I think he would do well if neither got the "drop" on him.
