If you do arabian nights, maybe everyone could fill up their own bottles with different colors of sand...like people do at some carnival stands. I did that at one of my bday parties when I was younger. If your not positive about arabian nights, a 70's theme at a local roller rink would be cute, if youre into that. Or you do things real fancy with red carpets and wine glasses. Maybe your parents could rent out a hall and you guys can make it like a ball and tell everyone to dress fancy in the invitations. Either way, good luck and have a great party :)

Arabian nights are really good, or how about a night in Paris for a theme.

Might get a little backlash on the whole Arab thing. I think you might think of something a little less inflammatory. Maybe Italian(Venetian Nights).
