They can be how about you and me in a cartoon. Wouldn't that be fun The Adventures of Sienna and Grassy. You would be a lovely cartoon caracture Dear. It could be a love manual. lol

Some are and some arnt. I like the cartoons that come on in the morning on the disney channel and nickelodeon. Also knwon as Playhouse Disney and Nick. Jr.
There is also a program called Baby First TV.
I have a 4 and a 2 yr old and I dont let them watch things like SpongeBob and things like that. Thos kind of cartoons are not educational.

well it kind of depends on the cartoon if the cartoon is on like adult swim then they are definately not educational they are seriously a bad influence do not let your kids or anyones kids watch adult swim at night!!!

for the most part...NO! but they do make educational cartoons and if it gets the child reading, at least its beneficial in some way right?!

only some like nick jr, and disney in the morning. Some cartoons are bad actually specially the ones in adult swim.

Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex is. I learned alot about Japanese culture, and some military stuff that way. Seriously.

YES most of them....but the real educational ones they dont really show anymore,.....like captain planet..i love captain planet it was the best show ever and could teach kids a lot i wish they still showed it

Of course they are, I honestly can say that growing up I learned a lot of lessons from the Simpsons, and learned a lot of classical music from Looney Toones.
