I sent my HP printer Deskjet 2575 in for service, since I bought It a year ago, every time I don't print long enough for the ink to dry. In order to have yellow I have to do a cleaning, and of course waste paper. I sent it in for repair and they sent it back saying they could not duplicate the problem, please try a different cartridge, do they seriously think I've used one cartridge in a year and haven't tried that already? Now they want $ 24.95 for the shipping fees.
I've done every troubleshooting in the printer on the computer and online and was just going to deal with it, but this is ridiculous, any other ideas?

only item I could find in the HP website close to the Deskjet 2575 - is a HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-One
not sure IF this is your product or not - so am gonna go with that model - check in the HP website listed below - type in the appropriate model of your printer IF this is not your model -
if you still have problems finding a solution - you can chat with one of their online techs - by clicking on the - Chat with an online technician - which is located at the right side of the window in this HP site

why not go in to the HP website and chat with a HP tech

Agree with dreddful1. Go to web site and tell them you may have a bad print head.
