As a family member she is entitled to a copy of the will from the family solicitor. If the solicitor is unwilling to give a copy or she does not know who the solicitor is then she can obtain a copy from the probabte office.

Tell ur "friend" she was written out of the will for a reason.. and its plain to see, since all she care is whats in the will and not actually about losing her father.. , glad to know the father was smart enough to see right through her , and left her nothing..

Seh would need to go to the lawyer that drew up the will for him to find out.

If she really "doesn't want to upset the rest of the family" she should butt out. It isn't any of her business.

why do you ... sorry, why does SHE want to torture herself like this.

she needs to see a lawyer if she wants to contest, but this is the sort of stuff that breaks families up.

Mind you it sounds like that has started already.

She should try and remember her father and not worry about who got what. But she can talk to his attorney if she can't let it go.
