My Phone just got ran over...screen doesn't work anymore, but can still talk on it. I wanna get a new one. Do i have to upgrade my service plan or pay full price for new phone? Or what do i have to do??? Thanks!

If your phone is still under warranty, or you have an insurance plan on the phone, you only have to pay a deductible fee for a new phone. You wont have to change your service plan, unless you really want too.
If there is no warranty, or no insurance plan, then you will have to pay full price of the new phone or keep using the broken one.

My phone with Alltel was recently dropped in water and messed up also, and I bought a new one from eBay because I did nopt want to pay $200.00 for a new body. You can get a new one and they will transfer the number to that phone. Although, I am not sure of any other fees. I still havent gotten it reactivated. I am still waiting for it in the mail.
