I'm hoping she does. Nikki can use Jessica's power to take down Lindermen. She needs to stop allowing Jessica through and find some way to stop her. Jessica is bad news and she's only make Nikki's name grow even worse.

I think that they will become one. However I think that both jessica and nikki have super strength. Jessica is always just out in stressful situations. After Nikki is strong and can face adversity she will realize that she has the power too.
One thing though, did anyone find it odd that her kid alloud her to have that website when he could of just gotten the money for her. Nice kid huh?

Fair assumption that Nikki has no control over Jessica but there is some evidence to the contrary.
To begin with Nikki has never identified the person in the mirror as anybody other than herself.
Also, when Micah calls out to her, Nikki always takes over as the dominant presonality.
Apparently anti-psychotic do work. The significance of that is that Nikki one in control, the gateway so to speak to Nikki. The drugs are controlling her and not Jessica. If jessica were to appear even with the drugs she would be super strong.
Here is a theory, Nikki is super strong to begin with but the power has not come out because the eclipse is no where near happening. But then, she gets pregnant with Micah and that changes everything. Perhaps that part of her that kept her strength in check was diminished by the pregnancy. Perhaps it transferred to Micah. No telling. What is for certain though is that her power seems to be triggered by stress and her connection to Micah. She could be the postpartum depression warrior, a desperate housewife with umpf.
I can see how your question could agree with what I am stating but I can also see how it could be asking can she overcome her sister's possession of her body. After all, her sister was named Jessica, but that could just be a choice of names Nikki made in her depression.
I think what you are going to find is that Jessica needs to be around Micah, to keep her in control of who she is. She learn to tap into her strength without the personality shift if She can train with Micah there.
Don't be surprised if Peter becomes the linch pin in this saga and Claude, the invisible man, becomes the teacher of all those stuggling to deal with their powers.
After all, I think the unspoken truth of these heroes, the truth of Shanti, Suresh's daughter, is that left untrained these heroes will go insane. Who better to know this than the invisible man, who in the story went mad with the power he had received.
Nikki is Jeckle and Hyde. Jeckle went insane trying to hold back Hyde's passion all but tearing him apart.
Something tells me that Linderman is immortal, that he is the warlord in the picture Hiro was admiring and that the only way he can die is to destory the world, or so his madness tells him.
Like in the story "Highlander" what we have here is a gathering, a convergence of power to create one true super hero, but; with one difference, nobody knows what is going on, or at least no one but Sylar who seem to be the only one killing anybody for their powers. Why Linderman has had him killed can only be thought of self preservation. I think the winner needs all the powers to achieve sanity.
BTW, since you like Nikki so much, I still think there is a possibility that Nathan got her pregnant again that night in Vegas. That could be part of the reason for wanting to be locked up. If she has another child, her jessica presence could be impossible to control and her Jeckle could lose it.

I think Jessica will be able to control Nikki in the future episodes, at least, not let her take control completely.

She may, but what if she looses complete control and only Jessica exist? Then she can be a powerful ally to Mr. Linderman.

i think she can but she has to stand up for her self and stuff nd take controle.... i think she can do it. mabee her husband will save her from the sike word
