..WITHOUT having to be approached? I know Abercrombie approaches their applicants. I was approached there when I was too young, but now I want to work at american eagle or hollister..anyone know?

At Hollister, most people are approached, but you don't have to be. Just fill out an in store application which is on a computer that an employee can show you. I know at the store I'm working at now, we're only hiring recruits. AE has a paper application you can get from a cashier.

Yes, you can. Just ask an employee and they will direct you. Not everyone who works there was approached. Trust me, I work at Hollister and I wasn't approached by anyone. I just filled out an application and I was still hired. Maybe you might not have the upper hand, but if they think you would be a good employee they will hire you.

Hollister has applications in their stores. Also, if you know someone that works there (especially at Hollister) it makes it a lot easier.

you should end freaking out and be relax about your shyness. females do not bite ha play it cool. typically even as the applications are not operating its the pcs that are down so I prepare on line at domicile (simplest :)) only be your ideal on the interviews and be relax with a positive pleasant personality. in case you get employed the managers instruct you what to do and decide help only ask a worker. only relax and performance self assurance :)
